Safe custody.—Every certifying authority shall keep every personal data to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the issue of electronic signature certificates is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every personal data so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttarakhand within three days of the close of each year.
