Intimation of change.—Every dealer in wireless equipment shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission, in Form E and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Digital Communications Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
