Application for registration.—Every owner of an inland vessel carrying on the plying of an inland vessel shall make an application for registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form 2, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every cargo held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
