Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the intermediary shall apply to the Board in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
