Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exempted establishment shall apply to the Government of Punjab in Form 11 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Government of Punjab shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
