Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered valuer shall apply to the Competition Commission in Form ADT-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Competition Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
