Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form II, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every marriage register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
