Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a saw mill shall apply to the State Board in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the State Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
