Safe custody.—Every owner of a saw mill shall keep every register of consents to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a saw mill is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every register of consents so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Board within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
