Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners who ceases to carry on the letting of premises to foreigners shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every residential permit held by him has been disposed of.
