Application for registration.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners carrying on the letting of premises to foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of naturalisation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
