Intimation of change.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners shall intimate to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, in Form S and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees.
