Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the provision of telecommunication services shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every telecommunication service held by him has been disposed of.
