Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
