Application for registration.—Every marriage bureau carrying on the arranging of marriages shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every marriage register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
