Surrender of certificate.—Every auditee who ceases to carry on the submission of accounts for audit shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 21 of the manner in which every register of contracts held by him has been disposed of.
