Fees.—The fee of one thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Election Tribunal by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 26; and the Election Tribunal shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fourteen days of its receipt.
