Application for registration.—Every online dispute resolution platform carrying on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the High Court in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every mediated settlement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
