Conditions of registration.—Every online dispute resolution platform shall carry on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every certificate of accreditation in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such certificate of accreditation for inspection on request by the Registrar of the Mediation Council, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
