Fees.—The fee of fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the State Commissioner by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VIII; and the State Commissioner shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
