Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a canteen licence who ceases to carry on the running of a canteen shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every defence work held by him has been disposed of.
