Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a canteen licence shall apply to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
