Application for registration.—Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application for registration to the Rent Authority in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every common area held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
