Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee of Government land shall apply to the Rent Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Rent Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
