Safe custody.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall keep every test report to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the generation of electricity from solar energy is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every test report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Grievance Redressal Forum within forty-five days of the close of each year.
