Production of records.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall, on request by the Petroleum Inspector, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the generation of electricity from solar energy is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any storage tank not held at those premises.
