Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lottery agent shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form GFR 21 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
