Intimation of change.—Every lottery agent shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form GFR 12-C and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
