Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the inquiry officer shall apply to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
