Surrender of certificate.—Every inquiry officer who ceases to carry on the conduct of inquiries shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every appeal held by him has been disposed of.
