Application for registration.—Every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall make an application for registration to the Government of Assam in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every lease of trust property held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
