Surrender of certificate.—Every ship recycler who ceases to carry on the recycling of ships shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every cargo held by him has been disposed of.
