Regulation 16, PNGRB (Licensing of Open access consumers) Regulations, 2012 [S5Q-GDH]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form I not less than twenty-one days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees; and the Ombudsman shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the open access consumer within fifteen days of the renewal.
