Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a beauty contest shall apply to the District Magistrate in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the District Magistrate shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
