Intimation of change.—Every national sports federation shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
