Surrender of certificate.—Every national sports federation who ceases to carry on the governance of a sport shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every calendar of events held by him has been disposed of.
