Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any training centre dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Commissioner in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of beneficiaries then held; and the Chief Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
