Surrender of certificate.—Every civil defence volunteer who ceases to carry on service as a civil defence volunteer shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every plan held by him has been disposed of.
