Surrender of certificate.—Every social media intermediary who ceases to carry on the provision of a social media service shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every computer resource held by him has been disposed of.
