Intimation of change.—Every operator of a loudspeaker during an election shall intimate to the Returning Officer, in Form 26 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Returning Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
