Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the anganwadi centre shall apply to the Child Welfare Committee in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Child Welfare Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
