Application for registration.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Societies in Form A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
