Application for registration.—Every licensee of a mineral processing plant carrying on the processing of minerals shall make an application for registration to the District Mineral Foundation in Form K, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every royalty receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
