Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a mineral processing plant shall intimate to the District Mineral Foundation, in Form C and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Mineral Foundation shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
