Safe custody.—Every foster parent shall keep every order of maintenance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the foster care of a child is carried on, shall record in Form III the description of every order of maintenance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Odisha within fourteen days of the close of each year.
