Intimation of change.—Every printer of election material shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 8 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
