Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor supplying stores to the Force shall apply to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
