Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force who ceases to carry on the supply of stores shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every canteen stock held by him has been disposed of.
