Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor supplying stores to the Force dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every lease deed then held; and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
