Rule 23, Bihar Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2011 [S5P-H9N]

Application for registration.—Every principal officer carrying on the management of a company shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form 35, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every challan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
